Meet The Team
Doug
President & CEO
A Family man first, Doug grew up in the trades learning from his Father how to build homes with a strong foundation and to “do the job right, or don’t do it at all”. In 1979, at the of age 22, he started Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises Inc. with a passion for architecture and an attention to detail which is prevalent in every project to this day.
Nowadays, you can find Doug working on the job site or installing SunSetter Awnings alongside of his loyal teammates. He also enjoys being “Poppop” to his beautiful grandchildren, a gracious Father to his two Sons, and a loving Husband of 40+ years.
Todd
Vice President & Sales Director
Much like his Father and Grandfather before him, Todd has been surrounded by the construction trade his entire life. From sweeping the floors during his Summers off from school, to his duties as VP & Sales Director of D. L. Gibson Enterprises, the appreciation and education he has acquired centers around his strong family values. Married in 2017 to his beautiful Wife, Todd has embraced many new roles including fatherhood, of which, he is most proud.
A lover of all sports and a two-time All-American collegiate athlete, Todd attributes the teamwork mentality to all aspects of leadership within his family-run small business.
Glenn
Sales Associate
As the Uncle to Todd and Brother In-law to Doug, Glenn came to Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises knowing about the strong family values we employ. With expertise in the restaurant & catering service business for 25 years, Glenn excels at knowing how to advocate for the customer’s overall satisfaction throughout any project.
Glenn frequently enjoys spending time with his Grandchildren and traveling to his family to be present for any occasion, no matter how small. His enthusiastic spirit & “happy go lucky” mentality is contagious, and he is a wonderful asset to our sales team.
Mike
Foreman & Master Carpenter
Mike is our longest-tenured employee. Starting as an apprentice with the company during its infancy, Mike came to the company as a High School Senior participating in the local Vocational Technology School. During his 30+ year tenure, he has been a part of nearly every project which bears the D. L. Gibson Enterprises name. Reliable, Loyal, and the perfect gentleman, Mike will always side on the correct way to do the job performing each task to the best of his vast capability.
We wish we had ten “Mikes” to employ because his efficiency and thoroughness are the qualities which foster our “Craftsmen Committed to Quality” axiom.
